Key Steps

Stakeholder Engagement:

Engaging the State Governors to share strategy; conducting meetings at the State, LGA and community levels with traditional, community and religious leaders, as well as with parents. Visiting vocational facilities. Advising on establishment of the TNCs.

De-Risking the Project

Post engagement, crafting a strategy that addresses key weaknesses; including coordination, standard setting, funding, lack of access, advocacy, sustainability, data collation, monitoring & evaluation as well as impact assessment for continuous improvement.

Minimum Standards Framework

Coordinate, standardise and provide minimum guidelines for an implementation and monitoring framework towards supporting, implementing and monitoring each ARC Project, State by State. Prepare robust incentivisation and communication strategies to effectively address the phenomenon in a more permanent manner.
